domain

I was fascinated with web designing once I had internet access. Being an artist I am, it helped me get movitated to learn html codes. I definitely have a lot of learning as today as I am self-taught. I also don't intend and strive to build websites in professional levels, so that is why my knowledge is medicore. Anyways, building websites is just a hobby. Most of the time, I don't update as much as I used too. If I remember correctly, my first free web hosting provider was Topcities.com. I don't remember how long I stayed with that website. Usually, because I'm such a fickle person, my accounts never lasted that long, so I end up deleting them. Then, on Septemeber 11th, 2003, I purchased my own domain name, fuyu.net (which is now a redirect domain to here). Fuyu means few things in Japanese. Fuyu is mostly known for "persimmon". However, in this case, it means "winter".

Fuyu.net held quite a few shrines. The biggest ever was Tiny Snow Fairy Sugar, following a collection of my artworks. Otherwise, small shrines that never lasted long. Then, it was a day I wanted a seperate website that focuses mostly on me. I thought fuyu title was a little inappropriate for such website, so it was not until July 6th 2004 I purchased this domain. So, the fuyu continued to hold shrines to various anime and video game characters until I decided I needed just one website. It was this domain that would become my official homepage. Rather than give up the other name, I decided to keep it. It's cheap, anyways. My original goal used to be simply build great shrines to my favorite anime/video game characters. But it is more than that now. One day, I will have complete shrines and more details about myself.

My deepest gratitude goes out to my best friend, Robert, for helping me get the right tools to build my websites.
