JOIN / UPDATE In order for applications to successfully be added to the fanlisting, applicants must submit with the following information of their name and their country. Emails will already be supplied. Website is not required! Also, if you're already familiar with the way the tfl.org runs, then, you may simply email me without having to read the regulations. However, because I run my fanlistings a little differently, you are still encouraged to do so anyways to avoid confusion. Make sure your subject title says, "Joining Asuka Kazama Fanlisting", otherwise, I wouldn't know which fanlisting you're joining. NAME: - Please refrain from using symbols, numbers, and unnecessarily long names. If I think it's too silly or inapproripate, I'll list you as Anonymous. COUNTRY: - If you're from United Kingdom, please specify where. EMAIL - All emails must be valid and are set to public by default via address munging ( yourname[@] ' + ' youremailhost.com ). If you still wish to have your email private, then, add this request in your application. Unless emails are set to public, I respect the owner's privacy by not disclosing their email unless the fanlisting is under new ownership. Also, to assure emails are valid, I perform email valid checks by emailing all members manually on random dates. If your email bounces back, you will be deleted. Should that happen, you are still welcome to re-join. UPDATING: - To prevent unauthorized changes, you must use the same email address you joined up with. Like joining, please have "Update Asuka Kazama Fanlisting" in the subject line along with the appropriate information. If you cannot access to the email address you've joined up with, then, you must re-join again. I apologize for this inconvenience. If you are a webmaster and cannot access to your email, but re-joins, and have the same parent folder name ( http://example.com/fan/ to http://fan.example.com/) or, if your old website directs to a new address, then, I will update your current member to avoid duplicated members. WEBSITES: - As of November 25th, 2009, I will no longer accept community websites such as myspace and blog pages any longer. Those who joined prior to the policy changes are not effected. However, current rules will apply to them if they wish to update the url address. If you wish to add your website to the listing, the website must be owned by you. A link back to this fanlisting ( http://ameerose.net/fl/asuka/ ) is a must. If you decide to bypass the splash page, then, you will risk having your website removed from the listing because the file may be renamed or removed at any time. If I don't see a link back by the time I'm adding you, you will still be listed without your website. Also, if your website is beyond decency level or contain viruses, it will not be added. Remember, adding your website is a privilege. Like emails, periodic checks are enforced. If the link exchange has been compromised, your website will be temporarily hidden from the listing and re-added once the error has been fixed. Members will receive an email if I have omitted their website. Do not submit your website with a short url services like tiny url website because they could contain cpu viruses, so, submit with your real address instead. PROCESSING: - I process my fanlistings once a month. If you have not been added to the listing, please contact me and I will look into this matter as soon as possible. Otherwise, please be patient. To make sure I have received your application, you can check the pending status. If it hasn't been changed within a week, unless there is an announcement of hiatus, please assume I did not receive your application and re-apply.
